Our workshop walks you through the different types of real estate investments. We offer you free tools you can use to decide if a property offers real value.
2022 Investor Workshop Dates
The dates of our Investor Workshops are April 16, July 16 and October 15. The workshop begins at 9 AM and will last till noon. There are only 16 seats available so you must pre-register to reserve your seat.
What you need to bring to the workshop
You will need note paper, something to write with, a calculator, and light snacks you would like during the sessions.
Topics you will learn about
The current status of our local real estate market, how to use available websites, wholesale real estate, target marketing, how to evaluate a property to determine if it's a good investment and what tools you need to evaluate a piece of property.

The success of Invest Gainesville
Since it's inception, Invest Gainesville has trained hundreds of people interested in real estate investing as well as starting a career in real estate. Due to Covid, we had to cancel workshops over the past two years. Due to the lack of inventory, there will not be any site visits in the near future.
